I FUCKING PASSED MY PHYS EDUCATION CLASS IN COLLEGE WITH FUCKING 80% WHILE THE AVERAGE WAS 60%
AND I DIDN'T MOTHERFUCKING STUDY, BUT I ATTENDED TWICE THE CLASSES WITH THE SAME TEACHER THAN EVERYONE ELSE IN MY CLASS.
CUZ I LIKED THE MOTHERFUCKING CLASS AND IT GAVE ME A REASON TO WAKE UP @ 6 AM EVERY MORNING.

steak has protein, but too much red meat isnt good either

different sources of protein and such

whey and meat protein r prob best 2 to eat

soy and egg protein are good, but prob not needed as much of

not past tense yet

its made some dips like at least twice in past month or so, but then after a few days went back up to normal around 600-650

now at $490 with like 15% drop
