You always wait for a game to go on daily deal. No matter what. If it didn't go on the daily deal then you can always pick it up at the end of the sale. Nothing like buying a game and then it goes way down in price.

The new rules for this summer is always check flash and community deals as well for the game you want.

so if a friend and i bought the same game, can he download it, then i put the game folder in my steam games folder...then just use those files instead of each of us downloading it?
