I was told to purchase a cooler from friends. I am as stated above new to this building PC stuff. This is something to get me started and for longevity. If I need to upgrade GPU I will just run 2 cards SLI, but I really don't think that will be necessary immediately. The case? I wanted something purely simple. I do not care for aesthetics to be honest and the case seems perfectly fine to me for my needs and uses.
