Well compressor came today...it's larger than it looks in the picture. It's 1 inche taller than comp desk to give you an idea.
Coz I live in an apt., I wanted big tank...to allow like one recycle /refill the air in the tank...so then I can just use as really accurate dust removal tool, w/o it making too much noise, from recycling all the time.

My back and arms are sore from carrying up steps to apt., ...must be gettin old. It only weighs 114 lbs.

/edit Still gotta get some quick release fittings and the air nozzle, prolly do tomorrow or Wednesday.

Please check the country of origin. I've heard of a certain form of "tactical nuke".

LOL, it's made in China lol

/e It used to be a US company 10-15 years ago.

/ee @ only 114 lbs. I don't think I'll need to worry about it being a nuke in disguise :)

I've used these before in construction...they're pretty good compressors.

maybe since ive been on a desk job theyve gotten better, but when I was framing, there was nothing quiet about these things when they were filling with air.

Exactly...that's why I got a 20 Gal tank :/

This bldg is a house split into two big efficiency apts., and a 2 bedroom apt.....so w/e I want to use I just cycle the tank like when others at work or out of house...and then shut it off. I'll be able to blow out whole comp, A/C unit, kitchen exhaust fans etc., and still have air left over.

/e Because bldg was built in 1908...I'll prolly run off the kitchen plug...it's easy to wheel around etc.

/ee In fact I'll prolly replace the un-used kitchen outlet with a GFI outlet, so I won't keep tripping the breaker in the cellar. I'll have to check again, but I'm pretty sure all the 110 outlets in the kitchen are on 20 amp breakers. :/

/eee The stove was always gas...so there isn't any 220v plugs in kitchen...that's why I got a 120v air compressor.

Well here's my compressor. The widest part of the cabinet behind it is 63", and the floor tiles are 12 x 12 inches.

It's loud but not as loud as they used to be. It only takes about 4-5 mins to fill tank to 135 psi. One tank will last for quite a few jobs...like blowing out comp, blowing out A/C unit, blowing out kitchen exhaust fans etc.

/edit I got all quick release fittings...so each new tool I get for this beast, will get it's own quick release fitting. Just to make it faster and easier to change.
