I am talking about what your paycheck reflects in dollars.. not what you have access to.. you PAY each year is 53589.12 without vacation.. if you take vacation.. it will still be the same as long as you only use exact dollars for vacation pay.. meaning you earn 1 week of vacation pay.. you take a week off.. you get a normal paycheck.. you earn 3 days of vacation pay.. you take a week off.. you get a shortened paycheck not a full meaning your annual salary will go down.. economics be hard yo!
