ok, dammit, where is the UPS guy...I got comps to upgrade, Win 7 to beat into submission...can do anything till the slacker arrives...sheesh :/

If anyone has any known working ways to make Win 7 look and act like Windows Classic....from the Start Menu to the Task bar, and how to make My Computer permanently show text instead of icons...please post them here. Thanks

I don't need no stinkin thumbnails...I like text..is faster and leaves no room for misinterpretation.

FYI: Turning off Aero causes the desktop to be drawn using the CPU and not the GPU. This probably isn't a big deal but I figured I'd warn you

You can change the icon to a list view/all text at the top right where it says view.

yeah I know....but then later u re-open it and it's back to thumbnails :/
