Velodyne V-pulse for bass heads is your best bet comfortably under a hundred bucks.

Then there's that pair from Hifi-man they cost just under $100 and are probably the most accurate sounding earbuds with a double digit price tag. but I don't like the sound signature.. I like bass with my music :)

Wasn't difficult finding them model I was talking about.. HiFiMan RE400.. $80 and pretty high up on that list:

the JVC HA-FXT90 looks like it has lots of bass as well.
