I got a question... I don't want a whole external HDD, I'm thinking USB stick instead (128GB - 256GB)

Whats the fastest I can get that will be backwards compatible with USB 2.0? These are my motherboard rear panel options...

I make full OS image backups on an internal partition. But I should probably...every now and then...backup to something... external. Like a USB flash drive.
My full Win 10 install is only 36GB, and the size of the backup is only 17GB.

External SSD, Use 3.0 for most things, 2.0 if needed.
