if it's from vmoda, yes it should be. they only used leather pads i believe, and all of their models should be closed back. you can try searching for aftermarket velour pads for your model.

Just use any speakers you like. Don't get them wet or put them in direct sunlight and it will be fine. You don't need "outdoor" speakers.
