Run Valley with On screen display from Afterburner and please tell me your average VRAM usage.

average VRAM usage = 20%

Which still means nothing...if the benchmark don't SEE the VRAM...ALL of it...how is the program to decide what % of the VRAM to use.
For all we know, the program may be configured to use only 20% of what is SEES.

A better test...and I see your point...would be for YOU to do the same with 2 680's and then 3 680's and see if the VRAM usage changes...by what Valley SEES as the full VRAM allotted to it.
