I raged when applying thermal pads on my 680
took me 4-5 tries with each pad before they were aligned properly
my hands were big and shaky      would drop them far off
got 3 inch long thumbs

The never blocks atleast have standoffs. I remember the 4xx blocks and even some of the early model 5xx didn't have the standoffs. Which made applying thermal pads even harder...

Considering using the Acetal 680 block over the Plexi

Today i'll be finishing off my Typhoon fans and mounting them to the radiator, after i can mock up the bottom compartment with the radiator and pump.
Need a solution for the vibration that will inevitably be caused by teh copper pipes and the d5 pump, worst case scenario normal tubing will be used in the bottom compartment, although rubber screws may be an option for mounting the pump.

sLIGHT needs to be glued and pass through holes need to be drilled, still require the correct drill-bit.
Decided to use only the single reservoir for this build, the extra tank meant extra bending for the copper pipe, something i already lacking confidence in.
Considering fabricating a 24PIN + 8PIN PSU plate to allow a fully 1:1 Cable Curl.

Case is so bare, need cables and need my copper pipe!
The plan is the drill 4 holes into the light panel to allow for the copper pipe to run into the bottom compartment.

Pretty average photos, and sorry about not cleaning the dust, everything has been sitting around for a while.

They're disorienting and poorly lit, also a bit blurry.
