No, for two reasons...

1. The reason I'm quitting ciggs is they cost too much.
2. In PA, vaping costs just as much.

If ciggs were like a $1 a pack, and promised to stay that price... I'd smoke ciggs till I dropped.
But since, the price is outrageous, I guess I'll just have to quit.

Vaping is not nearly as expensive especially if you replace your own coils and/or mix your own juice.
But I doubt you know very much on the topic. Only real costs is in the start up.
Location shouldn't even be a factor with online shopping these days either for basic replacement stuff.

Personally I don't care for it, its far too dehydrating to me.

Well it is expensive in PA. I do know. You don't. Deal with it.

/e I didn't research colored water vaping. Just nicotine based vaping. In PA there is NO slack on the rock for anything that has anything to do with nicotine.

Sorry to disappoint you but according to shops in PA they tell another story. But I guess the shops are lying about their prices.
Still don't see how being in PA effects your ability to shop online rather then locally... but once again.. w/e bro.
