can someone find 1080 ti
4k number benchmarks
maybe some titan v
lets compare these numbers

https://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/asus_rog_strix_geforce_gtx_1080_ti_review,14.html
so 2080 is like 10% faster in 4k
than a 1080ti ish

I think we will find that once games come out that can take advantage of ray tracing, then we will see the difference in frame rates increase drastically.

01:20PM EDT - 'Because we can take a lower res image and train a neural network to upscale it, in real-time enhance pixels via tensor cores'

01:21PM EDT - A new demo now, with 4K demonstrating DLSS

01:21PM EDT - Unreal Infiltrator

01:22PM EDT - One could imagine the lighting benefits in addition to HDR

01:23PM EDT - The 1080 Ti can only manage 30 ish fps. The Turing GPU is 'twice the performance'

01:23PM EDT - Now: Turing for games

30 fps or above works for me most of the time.

Heh. I don't play many fps anymore. RTS and stuff fluctuate on frames so. :/ so of the sc2 arcade maps can really slow shit down. Lol
