With the sale they have yes. You can get upgrade to G.Skill 1600 ram and a 7200 1TB drive for about 1000 where as 950 gets you 4GB of w/e RAM and 500GB 5400 drive. You can also get it without the OS which save you another 80 bucks. I am surprised the prices are actually that competitive for them.
