It seems that other than a lucky find on ebay or the like. That VGA connector is impossible to get these days.

Seems OP is concerned with data on his HDD, and retrieving it. I explained via PM that he could do that, with just the HDD and another computer.
AND that if he absolutely wants to get this computer working, he can still do it with a cheap vid card, although from the pictures he posted...it seems there is an exhaust fan, right where the vid card would go. :/

Needless to say, I think his best option is just remove the working HDD and attach it to another computer. OP may need to get an IDE to SATA adapter, but that would be far cheaper than any other alternative.

The one he needs looks like this...notice how his has only two rows of pins on the PCB side. It must be a proprietary VGA connector.
