I have 2 PC's in my room(mine and my partners) - one with a 3090 and one with a 3070Ti one has a 5600x and the other a 5800x and my room heats to around 25-26c with no AC. Also have to factor how well the PC cools the air before blowing it out of the case.
My brother has a single MATX pc in his room and his room hits 28/29c with a 3060Ti as there is less cooling due to the size of the case.

Once I coverted my rig to watercooling, the room temp came down drastically. Only thing keeping it up is my 1060Ti which heats up a lot and quickly... 25/30º room temp... in the Winter

I can definitely tell when my 3060ti has been running but the heat off it isn’t much maybe a few degrees to the room temp.

I just got this smell from my PC. It starts smelling only when i play games, At first i thought that was GPU or CPU. But temperature was fine. So in the end, it was PSU. Btw if you use 3060, you need at least 650w PSU
