prob get away with a used Dell OptiPlex 990 | i7-2600 prebuilt with a slim gpu

i have a i7 2600 and gtx 950 and the game ran great last time i logged in. could probably run fine on even a cheaper card than the 950

dell optiplex SFF mobo plays apex legends and D2r with youtube and jsp running in the background.

you can buy the MOBO (motherboard) from ebay for as low as $4.99

low pro GPU - $99
crucial ssd - $35 ( i would run samsung evo 870 if you have the cash, however crucial seems to work just as well for me)
ddr3 8 gb ram cards 2X - $36.99
used i7-2600 chip on ebay is as low as $20, maybe cheaper

i built mine for under $200

you can buy the entire system with a quad core i5 for as low as $100 maybe cheaper...
(end result is still around 200, once you buy the RAM and gpu)

you will need to install a wifi adapter on the MOBO or use a usb wifi adapter, keep in mind any usb plug in draws from your ram

Edit:
i am swapping the 2GB 1030 GPU for a 4 GB 1050 ti GPU, i have to disconnect the CDrom drive to re direct power to the GPU, yes this mobo is from 2011... hahaha
