Updated my post after watching. Your gpu could be bad etc or you could try reinstalling d2r maybe there's bad memory stored in the files corrupting the data from running 2 instances.

Gpu-z has a test on its app

Always try to conclude its not a hardware problem firstt as they are easier to diagnose.

What driver are you talking about?

1. Download "DDU" program and unpack, can be downloaded from GURU3D
2. Download newest graphic drivers (but do not install them yet)
3. Type "msconfig" in windows start, then select "safety/minimal boot" and restart your PC
4. Uninstall old drivers using DDU-Uninstaller
5. Turn off safety/minimal boot and restart your PC
6. Install fresh drivers
7. Restart PC again

This I its not a hardware issue which could be a very slim chance but always check just incase.

Your video briefly shows a CPU spike; I don't think it's the GPU, and I'm leaning towards CPU.

Then your HWinfo shows your RAM at high temperatures? Why is it all the way close to 100-C? CH0/1 DIMM0/1...
