Go into your BIOS and see if there's a feature to disable beeps if system checks ok.

I have an Asus MOBO and it beeped on boot to tell me I had no CPU cooler (I'm using an AIO). Took some digging but I found the alert in BIOS and turned it off. You should be able to find it
