I think there's like 1 or 2 spots in the US were they don't change. But 99% of the country they still do.

Personally, I wish they'd stop.

Anyway, 3 years ago I did a google search for Halloween pics, and this was one of the results.
If you search for it...I posted this on Halloween 2017, right in CHD. :)

So reddit probably got it from the same place.
