You enter bios at splash screen with delete or f2 generally
Then navigate to boot menu usually in the boot tab.
Select the usb drive (can note which drives are which based on total size).
then f10 to save and exit, once rebooted you will be prompted to the installation.

my usb can have the installer on it and also other backup stuff right?

if its partitioned yes for sure, if its not idk sometimes files can effect the install but usually its safe, worst case it won't install.

what do you mean partitioned

is 4gb usb enough for windows installer with nothing else on it?

pretty sure windows10 requires atleast 7gb

I thought it was just the installer so it'd be less

now I have to risk fking it up cuz its not partitioned

I used this program cd reader 3.0 cause I still got my old windows 8 disk but it has a scratch on it idk how. is their any chance this reader said it was still ok??
