I unplugged the hard drive and it still shows the lines. Anyway, I ordered ryzen 2600, rx580, Mobo and ram. If the problem is the HDD I have another laying around somewhere. Figured my setup was due for an upgrade anyway. I'll replace that capacitor, if I can find a matching one. I'll see if it works and try and sell the stuff I'm replacing as a cheap set or something. Appreciate the help.

So I tried another hdd, it loaded into windows but does not detect the gpu. The lines remained on the screen. Windows loaded into the windows basic display mode. I installed the driver for the card, got to 40% install and went to a black screen. Restarted the computer and it went back to critical process died. So I'm assuming it's the gpu.
