An RTX 2070 will beat the 5700 anyway. Also, Zalman isn't really known for the quality of their power supplies. They are mainly a CPU cooler company.
The 700W Zalman power supplies, only get a 7.2/10 rating on JonnyGURU.com, which is pretty crappy.

What was your previous video card?

that was gtx 960

Ye but it would crash on stress test if that was PSU, isn't it?

That's what we are trying to figure out. I would stay away from Sapphire vid cards AND from Zalman power supplies.

Like Seasonic power supplies are good, and certain EVGA power supplies are good as well... like the GS or G2 models from EVGA. Or a Seasonic Focus Gold Plus power supply.

And for vid cards... stick to EVGA or ASUS or MSI etc.

Without putting the power supply on a PSU tester, it's kind of hard to tell. Going by the power supply and the vid card manufacturers... I would be suspicious of either.
I see from your profile that it says Moscow. That would explain why you bought a Zalman power supply.

Neither Newegg.com or pcpartpicker even carries a 700w Zalman. You should be able to find Seasonic power supplies and probably ASUS video cards though.

/e And Gandalf there is correct... try an older vid driver. Like maybe a 2018 driver for Radeon.

AMD doesn't have the money that Nvidia or Intel have. so their best.... is gonna have to work very hard to beat Intel or Nvidia.
They HAVE done it occasionally, though, but it never lasted long.

/e From the benchmarks I've seen... the 5700 or the 5700X aren't gonna be the cards to do it.

when i bought my card there was only powercolor and sapphire avaliable
also i bought zalman because i love their tower corpses and had no issues with them yet
p.s. i made "auto undervolting" , it dropped performance/power drastically and keep crashing anyway, so i keep thinking its not a PSU at all

Also i forgot to poin it.
I got not an "instant" freeze.
First of all my AIDA and WattMan sensors stop responding. they are just freezes and shows same things, and i cant end task/close window
I still able tp play few minutes and then blackscreen comes. I still hear sound and see my mouse cursor on a screen and could move it, but that is all

Yeah, that kind of points to the vid card. But that 11.7 on the 12v line isn't too bad... but it's not too good either.

Even the Z87-K motherboard is hovering on the edge of... kind of weak.

Was this a pre built computer...or did you build yourself?

/e Do these problems happen on any other game? I would check on a different game, before assuming hardware problems. Sometimes...games just get messed up...or the game and the vid card driver aren't compatible.

There should be some free online game you could try.
