so I did some digging, pretty sure I found the issue

just opening the bottom case doesn't void the warranty so I said why the hell not.

try a vaccum first

then compressed air and with vaccum at same time woudl help

Uh yeah. That looks to be at least part of and maybe all of the problem.

/e Make sure you clean not only the fan blades, but the channels through which the air flows.

Yup I did that, grabbed some compressed air and a vaccum, I'll see how it runs later today when I got some time

The temps should be better. Hopefully, that's all it was.
Try to only use the laptop on a hard surface, with plenty of airflow for the vents.

Might want to look into a laptop cooler as well. Something like this...
