well get to googling, don't think site would be totally ok with me making a guide.
I run one client on my phone via vm, maybe a bit complicated for you though.
For jerm's sake I say try the rdp route first.

Phone hotspot?

This specialized server is called a DNS recursive resolver. The resolver’s job is to find the address for a given name, like 2400:cb00:2048:1::c629:d7a2 for cloudflare.com, and return it to the computer that asked for it.

Computers are configured to talk to specific DNS resolvers, identified by IP address. Usually, the configuration is managed by your ISP (like Comcast or AT&T) if you’re on your home or wireless internet, and by your network administrator if you’re connected to the office internet. You can also change the configured DNS resolver your computer talks to yourself.

just backing up KA here, any halfway decent shop will absolutely have everything logged.
we log everything. we know any and all websites you try to visit including the shitty proxy redirects, we know any time you try to launch RDP/TV or any kind of remote software. you're being paid to be at work, not play video games, and you are absolutely expendable. it happens all the time. and you'd better believe that your sys admins, networking team, and security teams all have various logs that will all lead straight to you with ease you can't imagine.
if you're actually that dedicated to playing video games at work, you REALLY need to think about a hotspot and doing it off network.
