I have a shock mount, I just truly don't like it bc I have to tighten it once a week. I have a blue yeti with a shock mount, foam and pop filter. I have no sound problems just issues with it staying in place.

If you have to tighten it a lot you should use double lock-nuts

I have a 3 armed wombat.

Foam and pop filter is redundant. They both serve the same purpose.
