What's the difference between plugging it into a mobo dummy it came with?

Plug works on other psu. This psu just clicks with dummy plug

Desktop works with other psu. Just clicks with new psu

New one comes Sunday ty for the help

I'm pretty sure it's bad too. That was just for next time. Saves a lot of posting.
