Sorry. Never even played it. Maybe just uninstall it completely, then re-install it?

/e Only other things I can think of would be... make sure you run it as administrator, and make sure windows firewall/ firewall, router etc., are allowing it. It also says under requirements... 64 bit Win 7/8.1/10
