Hmm? You don't understand how it works.

Florence slowed down to a cat 1 moving at 6 MPH. That means Florence is going to dump rain and stormsurge all over the place and there will be mass flooding. Harvey 2.0.

If she was moving fast it wouldn't be so bad. It's currently high tide on the east coast and the hurricane is sitting right on top of the shoreline. Everything will be washed away and covered in poo water.
