The $3k is purely for the tower. I will probably stick to self contained loops such as the h100 type. If the gpu with cooling block on newer cards are available, ill be adding $500 to build a loop.

Custom loops are unnecessary and not a good value. I'm in it for the expirence and aesthetics.

Custom loops are phenomenal only for the gpu aspect. I was planning on a 1080ti or a titanxp, but they were impossible to get ahold of. New gpu release makes delaying the build a no brainer.
