Using the hotspot on my phone with T-Mobile is anywhere from 30-100MB down, 5-25 up.

would be the most accurate. It shows real time results with actual files and unlike speedtest they are not paid off by isp providers.
Really important to see the graph so you can see how stable it is since if you peak at 1gb then drop to 1mb it'll show averages rather then true speeds even if your only at 1gb for a fraction of a second.

Seeing how testmy gives me 60mbit (7.5MBPS) And i regularly download at 60-90MBPS

I'd say it's not very accurate

Did you run it with multi-threaded connection?
Did you pick closest server?

Or try this site: https://speedof.me/
But since ISP's know to not throttle speeds on speedtest.net I don't trust it one bit.

you could run it 20x and it'll always vary due to many factors.
as to what speeds you've got before is not indictive of a true speed.
