Sennheiser HD 280 is $119 CDN on Amazon, ATH-m50x is $179 CDN on Amazon. Those are probably your best closed back cans under $200.

i was looking at battery replacements on the bose qc 35 and realized it can't be replaced !
any such issues with sennheiser or ATH?

None, as they don't use batteries.

Yeah, those are pretty good too, for sure. They come in over $200 CDN, though. The 32 ohm version is on sale right now on Amazon.ca for $225 ($159 on US Amazon). Get those, and you shouldn't need an amp to run them well.

they released a 16ohm version too but all seem to be easily driven

if i'm willing to go for the qc 35 for wireless+comfort (hear it's comfortable for say 4-10+ hours) is there anything else in that price range or lower that can match/beat the comfort/quality of bose qc 35 while being wireless?

Comfort can be relative, based on head/ear shape/size, but the Sony MDR series are pretty solid cans, and probably a better buy than the Bose.
