this isn't high school. You're both adults. Art is culpable, unlike that bully who stole your Zune in 10th grade that the principal and his parents didn't believe you about.
Worst case scenario he lets you know which part is defective so you have an easier time returning and replacing it, best case scenario he fixes whatever you messed up or neglected to do during assembly/installation.

Well.. what was the problem?
For the benefit of anyone who might stumble across this thread while trying to find a solution, and in the hopes it doesn't end up like the other 900,000,000 threads on the internet where you had the exact same problem that person did and fixed it but they got no closer to the solution.
