from microsoft's website, official iso, not a third party link/mirror, 100% legal etc. Worth mentioning that the "enter your key for the download" thing is simply to encourage people to either migrate to windows 10 via inconvenience OR to use their dumb auto creation tool rather than make their own repair/installation disks. Microsoft gave this ISO and others without asking for a key for many years up until Windows 10 and the fact that I can just directly link this without giving them a key is proof that they don't care; the uncracked, unmodified ISO by itself is useless. It is not piracy or warez related even if I linked it via a third party site, but I kept it official anyway just so that there's no suspicion that there's something sketchy in the download as well.

This will be a good way for you to install your OS, however if your key didn't work to download it, it may not work to install it. I've got a feeling it might work and that it didn't allow you to download because that's just how half-assed Microsoft's verification system is, it stonewalls you in a similar way the OS will but without the option to call/unlock, which means you will probably have to call Microsoft tech support and get the OS unlocked probably as soon as you reach the windows logon screen; I had to do that once when I moved a win xp OEM key.
