A USB card that goes into a PCI-e slot, will work fine.

Found a store that sells usb pci cards but its 60 bucks for 2 usbs. They advised it prob wont fix my problem and would fry like my onboard usbs. Would it be better to build another pc

Current pc is 6 years old
