Just tried a hdmi to dvi adapter and no luck on any device even tried my DVD player so it may be the main board? I'll have to call tech support with my new found knowledge and the tv shop

Probably be cheaper to buy a new one than take it to the shop.

I want to see if I can get a replacement part if it needs it. I was given the tv I don't want to buy one if it will cost a hundred or so to replace a part or board if it cost more than that then I will buy a new one
