Just had to reassign drives and it was good to go.

Sometimes, Windows gets funny ideas about where it should install itself. With all the other drives disconnected, it can't get any funny ideas.
/e Btw, the RAM is supposed to go in slots 2 & 4 counting to the right, away from the CPU.
Left it in slots 2 and 4 so that's good. I think I had some BS program running in the background that was using way to much of my CPU.
