refresh rate is one of the few things CRT's do fine at when compared to modern flat panels, it seems like you just didn't know anything about them aside from "what we have now is better" so you fished for something specific at random hoping it would 'probably' be one of the ways it is worse, then exaggerated it to the extreme but just ended up looking clueless.
