I dunno, you have to sort of look at what you have there. The thinner, the better the heat transfer.

Get one of each, They're cheap. Then just try the thinnest one, if it feels loose.. Put the next thicker one in, repeat till you're happy with the fit.

Or you could Google thermal pads for gtx 550.

What brand GPU do you have?
