If you're using multiple devices, Could try getting a modern router that automatically adapts 2.4 and 5ghz which helps massively with interference.
Or else get a new router anyway if yours sucks.
Or could try shit like a WiFi booster if you aren't in close proximity to the router.
Or else watch videos at lower quality.
Also reset your router as a first step ofc if you haven't already by unplugging it and modem (remove battery if either has one) and plugging back in after 30 seconds.
And as a final step, just either either find a way to switch back to wired or else get faster internet, or just stop watching videos while playing games that require good ping.

I’ve reset it- no luck
I have my office room upstairs and the router has to be down by the cable box. I have full strength signal and a good speed test, so it just doesn’t make sense as to why it’s lagging
