It depends on the games you are running. If you're running AAA games, none of these builds will give you gaming on ultra settings.
The monitor also plays a part. A 440 monitor is gonna need some serious vid card to drive it on ultra settings.
Short version...the more you spend, the faster it runs and the longer it lasts.
I can make cheaper builds, but they will have less than quality components...etc. This is how pre-builts can be made cheaply.
Whatever your budget though, pre-builts are always more expensive for less performance. This is the main reason most folks on here, build their own comps.
It's not hard to build your own. Maybe try this...post this info...
Budget:
More specific use (what games, what programs):
Planned time until purchase:
Do you need an Operating System?:
Do you have any specific preferred components?:
Do you need a sound or wireless card?:
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?:
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?:
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs):
Realize that a halfway decent comp, these days is gonna run you about $1400 in Canada.
If you can fill out the info above, someone can build you a comp that will be better than a pre-built of the same price.
