4c/4t still seems like a bad investment in 2k17
but if he's too narrow-minded to understand and just knows i5 like an old person knows mcdonalds may as well just get the 7500

well he wont be OCing it, he just want to play games on it, nothing special

maybe just not worth it since i highly doubt that he will be OCing it

He probably won't be happy with the TV as a monitor. But the 7600 is fine, if he's not overclocking.

yeah well he said he will be using it until he saves up some money for 144hz monitor

apparently tv has gaming mode that reduces lag

this is final setup, noticed that no black ram was available

feeling pretty happy with this tbh, any advice tips welcome :)

total £623

cos he's paying ~£30 for the extra .1ghz from 7500
and like others already mentioned 4c/4t
all while the 1600 is £178, and performs similarly in games as the 7500 if not better PLUS destroys it in all aspects other than gaming, due to more cores/threads etc.

also the 330r case already went up like £40, so ditch that case now and get whatever he likes.
