Truth.

But a bronze psu will run at 82% at 20 and 100% load. But it will hit 85% at 50%

To your point though, at worst it's a few %, it's pretty hard to fuck up a PSU unless you get one with way to little wattage or a 1200 watt one for a 150 watt computer. Where it dips below that 20% point and runs like shit.
