wouldnt pay 300$ to go from a i3 to a same gen i5

So I found used i5-6600k $235 and used i7-6700 $300, which should I go for?
I'm assuming the 6600k and overclock it?

if its a k vs a non go with the K and OC it.

I5 is plenty for gaming

Both technically are overclockerable

6700 is blck tuning correct? I hate fucking with BLCK cause you always have to fuck with ram voltages (well in my case I did)

How you think we overclocked before multipliers
