if its 8 mins on ssd it would have probly been ages on my installation because i was on an hdd then

@op You want to fresh install, while its possible to migrate you'd spend far more time
fixing drivers and an invalid windows key plus bring over all the junk from old system to new one.
Dirty installs are never recommended even if possible.
for me every single driver auto installed on boot
except chipset
he'd also need gpu cause i was using the same one as before after migrating
