Yeah but it was impossible protocol.
Their system wouldn't give a pickup number because the entire order was "waiting for parts". But the only part was RAM on back order with a date that kept getting pushed back. Couldn't cancel the order either. Went in with all payment info and everything, asked to modify the order to different RAM or just pick it up or cancel it, any option was fine, and they tried sending us out the door for five minutes (but I don't like losing so I hold ground).
The laptop issue turned out to be Samsungs fault. All models of the laptop I got acted up when plugged into certain electrical sockets. Depending on the electrical socket at any location, the trackpad could be glitchy to full on non functional. I couldn't reproduce it because I didn't plug it in and didn't know that was the problem.
