Get a fan controller if you really feel the need to monitor outside of bios.
Something that fits in the 5.25 bay on the front of your case

Get the one Rikuo linked...the NZXT Grid.

It'll take 6 fans and will ba able to be controlled via the CAM software. Think of it as sorta like Corsair link.
