BTW one with 580 has a AMD Ryzen 5 1400 the one with 460 has a AMD Fx series that make more a difference??

you didn't mention that
it's a no-brainer, fx is hot garbage, even if it's the 8350 (best FX chip) and you somehow OC it to 4.8ghz it'll be 10%+ behind a stock 1400 :rolleyes:
