the budget is around 900-950$, but it's not so simple because od 23% tax etc.

IS buying second hand an option? you could always look into getting a used 980TI which is = to a 1070

the problem is i checked something like our amazon and there is no used 1070 right now, i will sell my "gaming" laptop, add some money and buy pc the same day.

i can always buy another 1x8gb month later

That PSU is like.. one of the most recommended budget PSUs that exists. The Corsair CXMs are fantastic quality for their price.

Also, if on a tight budget, 1x8GB is enough. Just gotta make sure it's 3000mhz+ on Ryzen since Zen benefits from fast RAM.

So i just need good gtx1060 6gb and im ready to go
