Or just post what you need and your budget.

money is not a problem but ofc i prefer pay 2222$ for something rather than 4444$ with only 15% better performance

I stumbled upon these:

Pricetag: 2222$

IntelĀ® Core i7-7700K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.50 GHz)
ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce GTX 1080 8GB GAMING (STRIX-GTX1080-A8G-GAMING)
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) / 2666MHz / DDR4 / CL16 / CMK16GX4M2A2666C16
Samsung SSD 850 EVO SSD 500GB (MZ-75E500B/EU)
Seagate Internal HDD Barracuda 1TB (ST1000DM010)
ASUS STRIX Z270H GAMING ATX / Z270
Cryorig H5 Ultimate CPU cooler
EVGA PowerSupply (PSU) SuperNOVA G2/G3 650W Gold Rated
Fractal Design Define S - black
DVD/BD: doesn't have room for DVD
WiFi: not included
Windows 10 Home 64-bit DVD Swedish OEM

------------------------

Pricetag: 2166,66$

Intel Core i7-6700K - 8 threads / 4,0GHz (4,2 Ghz Turbo) / 8MB / Socket 1151
ASUS STRIX GeForce GTX 1080 8GB GAMING (STRIX-GTX1080-A8G-GAMING)
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) / 2666MHz / DDR4 / CL16 / CMK16GX4M2A2666C16
Samsung SSD 750 EVO 500GB (MZ-750500BW)
Seagate Internal Desktop HDD 1TB (Cache 64MB / 7200RPM / Sata 6Gb/s) ST1000DM003
ASUS Z170-A - ATX / Z170
Cryorig H5 Ultimate CPU cooler
EVGA PowerSupply (PSU) SuperNOVA 650 G2 650W
Fractal Design Define S - black chassi
DVD/BD: no room for DVD reader
WiFi: not included
Windows 10 Home 64-bit DVD Swedish OEM

so price differs 55$
and difference is 6700k vs 7700k CPU
170 vs 270 motherboard
750 vs 850 evo SSD

and this for additional 222$

#0207
i7-7700K
16gb DDR4
GTX 1080 Ti 11gb
500gb SSD + 1TB HDD
Cryorig H5 Ult.
2444.44$

(guess is all same but Ti gfx card)
or 555$ extra for 2x 1080 SLI instead of TI.

@ZwiX didn't know HQ HK was for laptop and non-H for desk, so thx made it easier to grasp.
what does the numbers mean then?
Is i7-highestnumber better than i7-lowest number?
is i5-highestnumber better than i7-lowest number?
or what? :S

I want to be able to do basically anything with this pc, since I've had junk pcs for well over 7years.
but I'm not sure I have the need to play the latest game at highest settings in 4k.
But if I record 4k video i would like to be able to edit render it. or render 3d animations, music in Logc/cubase/flstudio or similar.

and I would also like to be able to play some game like battlefield 3 and above at nice settings without much delay.

I think a 1050 is much better than a 1080ti.
What about you guys?

Wait let me make a thread about it and also include processors for fun, after all its all a personal opinion and not actual performance ahah hehe hihi roflolol

A ryzen build would suit your needs better.
Should be about 2280$ with an R7 1700 and GTX 1080ti.
Should max out pretty much everything at 4k. If you wanna save some bucks and medium-high settings in the most demanding games is fine for you a GTX 1070 would be more than sufficient right now.

You should be able to save about 1000 SEK by using a site showing the cheapest components on all the popular sites.

Your question about the Numbers on intel processors.
I7 - Means it has 4 cores and 8 threads
I5 - Means it has 4 cores and no threads
I3 - Means it has 2 cores and 4 threads.

I7-7700K first number means what generation it is. 7th gen aka kaby lake.
I7-7700K The higher the next 3 decimals are the higher the clock speed.
I7-7700K The K means its unlocked and can easily be overclocked on the Multipler if you have an Z motherboard like Z270 for the 7th series. The other motherboard chipsets in this series like B150, H170 do not support this feature.

Over $2000 for a relatively basic gayming build seems fair to me!

Never looking at the user ratings lol.

The numbers are also generated from a weird synthetic benchmark. It's really not accurate to real world applications. :s

Yup is correct and not just being a dick this time around. haha
